Here we are day 12 of exploring the Premium Starter Kit, and we reach an all time favorite for many people, Ningxia Red!
NingXia Red wolfberry juice incorporates the benefits of Goji berry, yuzu juice, aronia berry and therapeutic essential oils into a powerful antioxidant and nutritionally balanced drink. The NingXia and Chinese wolfberry have been used for thousands of years to support the immune system, promote longevity and naturally detox the body.
I drink a 2oz pack each day, chilled and shaken, delicious!
And here we are, into double digits with day 10 of our “getting to know your Young Living Premium Starter Kit challenge.”

Day 9 of our “getting to know your starter kit challenge,”and we open the bottle of Thieves. This has to be one of the all time favorites when it comes to Young Living essential oils. It is so versatile, with so many uses that it is used throughout our house. In addition to using the oil both topically and in a diffuser, we use most of the other Thieves products to keep ourselves healthy, and our house clean.
Young Living offers a wide selection of natural products that can totally replace all of your regular, toxic containing cleaning products! Contact us for more information.
I apologize for sharing this later in the day, I was “on the road” yesterday and today.
Day 7 sees us reviewing Purification, a blend of several essential oils (see picture.) In addition to the suggestions on the picture, I have also used it on my skin with Coconut Oil, helps make my skin feel vibrant and happy.
Here we are at day 5 of our “getting to know your starter kit challenge,” and so we take a look at Copaiba. It has been said that the Copaiba Tree has to be at least 30 years old to produce therapeutic grade oil? And the optimal years are between 30 and 50.
Copaiba supports the body’s natural response to irritation and I have also mixed it with a base oil to help with occasional muscle discomfort after exercise.
