We all have busy lives that keep us occupied most of each day, right? With that in mind, some people have a hard time settling down in the evening, and when it comes to bedtime, their minds are still racing. 
Here is a blend to help slow a “busy brain” down. Diffuse it in the bedroom as you fall asleep:
 
4 drops of Young Living Bergamot essential oil
4 drops of Young Living Patchouli essential oil
4 drops Ylang Ylang essential oil
